However, it is still found in many older buildings. Therefore, special caution must be exercised during dismantling and disposal. What are silo bags used for?

Silo bags are used for the airtight sealing of silo edges. They replace the former time-consuming methods, which involved using old tires and sand. The application is as simple as it is ingenious: Fill the elongated bags with 4 to 8 millimeters of round gravel, tighten the loop, and place the silo bags on your harvest storage so that the protective cover is well held. It's best to place them on two overlapping Cover and Tarpaulins or all around the edges. Thanks to the handles and loops, you can quickly stack the filled tubes.
