NPK fertilizer supplies nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in a single formulation. This category presents a fast-acting mineral complete fertilizer for lawns. This page gives you the key values, guidance on application and answers to help you choose.
An NPK fertilizer combines three main nutrients: nitrogen (N) supports leaf growth, phosphorus (P) the development of young grasses, and potassium (K) the plants' general resilience. A product's numbers state the ratio of these nutrients. The NPK declaration is therefore an important point of comparison when a lawn fertilizer needs to match your current care objective.
The present range contains a mineral complete lawn fertilizer with fast action. It contains the nutrient combination 21+6+12(+3.6), is designed for around 720 square metres and weighs 20 kilograms. The product information names a dense, resilient and deep-green sward as the aim of its use.
This lawn fertilizer is declared as an EC fertilizer: NPK (S) fertilizer 21+6+12(+3.6). According to the manufacturer, the 20-kilogram pack covers about 720 square metres. The formula acts immediately and is intended for spring lawn care, when visible grass growth is required.

For this category, this means there is exactly one product variant. If you are looking for quickly available main nutrients for a larger lawn and are planning spring feeding, you will find clear technical specifications here. If you prefer a slower nutrient release instead, the long-term-action section offers a different mode of operation.
The first application is intended for March or April. First mow the lawn to a cutting height of about 4 centimetres. Two to three days later, the fertilizer can be applied to dry grass. The recommended amount is 25 to 35 grams per square metre. Even distribution is important so that all areas receive comparable quantities of nutrients.
Before application, it is worth checking the area and the measuring device. This lets you match the dosage to the actual number of square metres. After spreading, continue following the manufacturer's product instructions, especially concerning working time and watering.
The numbers indicate the proportion by mass of the main nutrients nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. For this product, the value 3.6 is added, which according to the designation concerns sulphur (S). The high 21 percent nitrogen indicates the rapid effect on grass growth.
According to the product information, 25 to 35 grams per square metre are used. A 20-kilogram pack is calculated for around 720 square metres. You should therefore measure the actual area beforehand or calculate it approximately.
The manufacturer names the first application in spring, specifically March or April. The recommendation is to mow first and only fertilise two to three days later on dry grass.
Fast action describes nutrients that become available to the lawn rapidly. By contrast, a slow-release fertilizer is designed to release them over an extended period. The right choice depends on whether short-term growth or longer-term supply is the priority.
