How to Use the Multilayer Composite Pipe – Step by Step

1. Step 1: Cut the pipe – Measure the required length and cut the pipe with a pipe cutter (see image file).
2. Step 2: Deburr the pipe – Remove any burrs on the cut edges to avoid damage to seals.
3. Step 3: Attach fitting – Insert the pipe into the desired fitting.
4. Step 4: Crimp – Use a crimping tool to crimp the fitting to the pipe. Make sure the crimping jaw is correct.
5. Step 5: Leak test – Check the connection for leaks.
