Step-by-Step Installation Guide

- Step 2: Deburr and Calibrate – Deburr the cut edge of the pipe inside and out with a deburrer. Then calibrate the pipe end with a calibration tool to restore the original shape.
- Step 3: Prepare Press Connection – Slide the appropriate crimp sleeve over the pipe . Insert the pipe into the fitting until it stops.
- Step 4: Crimp – Position the pressing jaw of the crimping tool over the crimp sleeve and crimp the connection according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Step 5: Leak Test – Check the connection for leaks by applying pressure to the system and inspecting the connection point for leaks.
