How to Use

  1. Step 1: Cut the Pipe to Length: Cut the composite pipe to the desired length using pipe shears. Ensure a right-angled cut.
  2. Step 2: Calibrate and Deburr the Pipe: Use a calibrator to calibrate and deburr the pipe end. This ensures that the pipe is round and free of sharp edges.
  3. Step 3: Mount the Fitting: Insert the connector elbow axially onto the pipe end with adequate pressure until it stops.
  4. Step 4: Check Insertion Depth: Check the correct insertion depth using the two inspection windows. The pipe must be visible in both windows.
  5. Step 5: Perform Leak Test: Perform a pressure and leak test to ensure that the connection is tight.
