How to Use

1. Step 1: Cut the pipe - Use pipe shears to cut the pipe to the desired length. Ensure a clean, right-angled cut.
2. Step 2: Calibrate and deburr the pipe - Use our calibrator to calibrate and deburr the pipe end. This ensures that the pipe is round again and has no sharp edges.
3. Step 3: Assemble the coupling - Insert the coupling onto the pipe end with adequate pressure and in an axial direction until it stops.
4. Step 4: Check the insertion depth - Check the insertion depth using the two integrated inspection windows. Both windows must be filled by the pipe.
5. Step 5: Check for leaks - Perform a pressure and leak test to ensure the connection is tight.
