How to Use – Step by Step

1. Step 1: Cut the pipe to length – Use a suitable tool to cut the pipe to the desired length.
2. Step 2: Calibrate and deburr the pipe – After cutting, the pipe end must be calibrated and deburred with a calibrator.
3. Step 3: Position the union nut and clamping ring – The union nut and clamping ring must be positioned on the pipe as shown in the figure.
4. Step 4: Insert the fitting – The nipple of the main body is then fully inserted into the pipe.
5. Step 5: Tighten the union nut – Push the clamping ring and union nut onto the fitting main body until they stop. The union nut can now be tightened by hand.
6. Step 6: Check the connection – Check the connection afterwards.
