How to Use – Step by Step
- Step 1: Cut the pipe – Use a suitable tool to cut the pipe to the desired length.
- Step 2: Calibrate and deburr the pipe – After cutting, the pipe end must be calibrated and deburred with a calibrator.
- Step 3: Position the union nut and clamping ring – Position the union nut and clamping ring on the pipe as shown in the figure.
- Step 4: Insert the nipple – Fully insert the nipple of the main body into the pipe.
- Step 5: Tighten the union nut – Slide the clamping ring and the union nut onto the fitting body until they stop and tighten the union nut by hand.
- Step 6: Check the connection – Verify the connection.
